About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated AI Agent Engineer to join our AI engineering team on a full-time basis. This role is designed for recent graduates who are passionate about LLMs, agentic AI, automation, and intelligent software systems.
You will design, build, and deploy AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, using tools, interacting with external systems, and completing complex multi-step tasks. You will work closely with AI researchers and software engineers to transform emerging agent architectures into reliable production applications.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop LLM-powered AI agents for real-world applications.
* Build agent workflows involving planning, reasoning, tool use, memory, and multi-step execution.
* Integrate LLMs with external APIs, databases, search systems, and software tools.
* Develop RAG pipelines, retrieval systems, embeddings, and knowledge bases.
* Build agent memory and context-management systems for multi-turn interactions.
* Develop evaluation frameworks to measure agent accuracy, reliability, latency, cost, and task completion.
* Experiment with different prompting, model-selection, tool-use, and agent orchestration techniques.
* Build reliable mechanisms for handling failures, hallucinations, incorrect tool calls, and unexpected agent behavior.
* Develop APIs and backend services supporting agent applications.
* Collaborate with AI researchers to evaluate new agent architectures and LLM capabilities.
* Optimize agent performance, inference costs, latency, and scalability.
* Monitor production agent behavior and continuously improve system performance.
* Stay current with developments in LLMs, agentic AI, multimodal AI, and autonomous systems.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Recent graduate or graduating student with 0–2 years of professional experience.
* Strong programming skills in Python.
* Strong understanding of software engineering and machine learning fundamentals.
* Experience working with LLMs or generative AI systems.
* Experience building software projects involving APIs, databases, or AI models.
* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
* Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on AI systems.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, or other foundation models.
* Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar agent frameworks.
* Experience building RAG systems, vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
* Familiarity with agent concepts including:
* Tool calling
* Function calling
* Planning
* Agent memory
* Multi-agent systems
* Reflection and self-correction
* Workflow orchestration
* Experience with FastAPI, Node.js, React, or similar application frameworks.
* Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, or vector databases.
* Experience with Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure, Kubernetes, or serverless infrastructure.
* Experience developing autonomous workflows or AI-powered applications is highly valued.
* Open-source AI contributions, research projects, or significant independent AI-agent projects are a plus.
