The State of Connecticut, Department of Administrative Services (DAS), Bureau of Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Agency Success group, is currently accepting applications for an Information Technology Analyst 1 position to service the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection (DESPP).
 

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

  • Schedule: Full-Time (40 Hour), First Shift (8:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M.), Monday - Friday
  • Location: Middletown, CT
  • This hybrid position is eligible to apply for telework in accordance with the Telework Policy. The Policy can be found HERE.  

 

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU

 

DISCOVER THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Provide operational support for all business applications.
  • Monitor application health and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform application maintenance, troubleshooting, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Coordinate application updates and enhancements with business users and development staff.
  • Document application functionality, procedures, and technical specifications.
  • Participate in application lifecycle management and release activities.
  • Provide end-user support and technical assistance for business applications.
