Program Description:

Blackstone's Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week in-person experience, offering participants extensive exposure across the firm. This program provides Summer Analysts with valuable guidance through mentorship, continuous feedback, technical and soft skill training, networking opportunities with professionals across the firm, and the unique chance to fully immerse themselves in Blackstone's culture.

 

Job Description:

The Summer Analyst will work directly with the BREDS Portfolio Strategy Group, which is responsible for portfolio management, strategy and capital formation across BREDS’ investment vehicles, and for delivering critical portfolio management and reporting projects to provide insights to help drive performance. The Portfolio Management Summer will have the opportunity to solve real-world problems with data and work closely with the private and public investment, asset management, capital markets, finance, and investor relations teams to deliver compelling insights and information to support the business.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting materials to support portfolio management across BREDS strategies
  • Analyze and synthesize raw data and analytics across portfolio
  • Present findings to internal stakeholders and senior management
  • Improve processes leveraging technology and automation
  • Act as a liaison across teams to coordinate and align on joint projects

 

Qualifications:

  • A passion for figuring things out
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An interest in finance and economics
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft suite (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with AI tools (e.g. Copilot, Claude Cowork) strongly preferred

  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student
  • Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2027 – Spring 2028
  • Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA
