Finance Intern

Finance Intern (Remote | Graduate Finance & Startup Strategy Experience)

Step into a startup finance role—build financial models, analyze business performance, and support the financial strategies that power a global AI wellness platform from the ground up.

About VidaSana Wellness

VidaSana Wellness is building the future of digital health, wellness, and personalized care through an AI-powered marketplace designed to make wellbeing more accessible, human, and data-driven.

Our platform connects individuals with vetted wellness providers across mental health, holistic wellness, fitness, and lifestyle services—while delivering personalized recommendations through an emotionally intelligent AI companion. By combining AI technology, human-centered design, and financial and strategic planning, we aim to redefine how people discover, access, and engage with wellness services globally.

We operate at the intersection of health tech, marketplace platforms, and startup innovation, with a strong focus on scalable systems, data-driven decision-making, financial sustainability, and global expansion.

As an early-stage, fast-growing startup, VidaSana offers interns the opportunity to work on high-impact, real-world financial and business challenges—from financial modeling and forecasting to KPI development and strategic analysis. Interns are treated as contributors, not observers, and gain exposure to how startups are financially planned, evaluated, optimized, and scaled from the inside.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive Finance Intern to support VidaSana's financial analysis, planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives.

This role is specifically designed for graduate students currently pursuing a Master's-level degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Financial Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field. Candidates with equivalent graduate-level academic or professional experience may also be considered.

This role is ideal for graduate students interested in corporate finance, financial analysis, FP&A, financial modeling, investment analysis, consulting, startup finance, business analytics, or strategy.

You will work on projects that directly support how the company evaluates opportunities, manages resources, forecasts performance, and makes strategic decisions—ranging from financial modeling and budgeting to business performance analysis and market research.

As a Finance Intern, you will work directly with the CEO and cross-functional teams, gaining hands-on experience in financial analysis and strategic planning. You'll learn how to translate financial and operational data into actionable insights and recommendations.

This is a high-ownership, portfolio-building role where your work will contribute to real decisions, real financial analyses, and real growth. Ideal for graduate students looking to build experience relevant to finance, consulting, investment analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or startup strategy roles.
