Human Resource Manager

Job Summary

The Human Resource Manager leads the organization’s human resources strategy, workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, HR technology initiatives, and organizational development. The role drives HR transformation through data-driven decision making, HR analytics, AI-enabled HR technologies, and process automation while ensuring compliance with applicable U.S. employment laws and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive human resource strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives, business priorities, and long-term operational plans.

Lead workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.

Design and execute strategic recruitment and talent acquisition programs utilizing traditional recruiting methods and AI-assisted sourcing, screening, candidate matching, and recruitment workflow automation tools.

Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI-enabled HR technologies, HRIS platforms, and intelligent workflow automation solutions.

Analyze workforce data, HR metrics, turnover trends, compensation data, and organizational performance using HR analytics and AI-assisted decision-support tools.

Develop and administer compensation, benefits, total rewards, and performance management frameworks.

Design, implement, and improve performance evaluation systems and KPIs.

Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, EEOC regulations, OSHA, IRCA, and I-9 compliance.

Lead employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.

Develop and maintain HR policies, employee handbook standards, governance procedures, and internal controls.

Oversee HRIS platforms including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, or equivalent enterprise HR technologies.

Collaborate with technology leadership to identify opportunities for responsible adoption of AI within HR operations while ensuring ethical AI usage, data privacy, governance, and regulatory compliance.

Design employee training, leadership development, AI literacy, and organizational capability-building initiatives.

Coordinate payroll administration, benefits administration, HR records management, compliance reporting, and employee lifecycle management.

Support digital transformation initiatives by improving HR processes through automation, intelligent workflows, and AI-powered productivity tools.

Prepare executive reports, workforce dashboards, and strategic HR recommendations using analytics and business intelligence tools.

Partial telecommuting permitted.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a closely related field.

Experience: Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience as a Human Resource Manager or a related occupation.
