2028 Spring Internship

Our internship program is for students interested in pursuing public accounting and the CPA certification. The internship will begin in mid-January and run through mid-May; however, we are willing to be flexible.

Interns are scheduled on engagements just like new staff accountants. The engagements include working directly with clients in their offices or remotely in our office and does require some out of town travel with the engagement team.

As an intern you will always be part of an engagement team and will be responsible for your own work with as much assistance as needed to maximize your learning and development. You will learn directly from experienced staff and partners.

At the start of your internship you can expect a few days of onboarding and then directed training on specific audit sections that you will be working on. You will be in the field before you know it!

A majority of our new staff accountants are hired through the internship program as it is our intention to offer a full-time job if the internship goes well and the individual shows that they embrace the SB difference.
