Internship Overview

Humaximus is seeking a Customer Implementation Intern to help prepare the platform's data, workflows, and onboarding materials as we bring nonprofit organizations onto the platform for pilot use.

Responsibilities

Intern responsibilities may include:

Test data import and migration flows and identify gaps
Help map nonprofit organizations' existing workflows and data into the platform's structure
Support building seed data for testing, demos, and training
Help build onboarding materials and documentation for new nonprofit organizations
Assist with configuring workflows as nonprofit organizations come onto the platform
Troubleshoot data or workflow issues during onboarding
Work with the founder and technical team to prepare nonprofit organizations for go live

Qualifications

Strong candidates should be:

Currently enrolled in a college or university program
Studying health informatics, information systems, data science, computer science, nonprofit management, public health, business, or a related field
Comfortable working with data (spreadsheets, CSVs, databases)
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable writing clear documentation
Comfortable communicating with nonprofit staff
Interested in startups, AI, nonprofits, or social impact

Helpful Skills

Experience with any of the following is helpful, but not required:

SQL or database tools
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets
APIs and integrations
CRM or project management tools
Experience with nonprofit operations or data systems
JavaScript, Python, or similar languages
GitHub

Internship Details

Location: United States only
Work Style: Remote/Hybrid
Duration: 10 Weeks
Time Commitment: 10 hours per week
Compensation: $800 total stipend
Company Stage: Early-stage startup preparing for MVP, then pilot launch
