Play OnWords Therapeutic Services is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our pediatric practice in beautiful St. Thomas, USVI. Whether you're preparing to graduate, completing your Clinical Fellowship, or are an experienced SLP looking for a change of scenery, we'd love to hear from you.

Play OnWords is a locally owned pediatric therapy practice serving children and families throughout the Virgin Islands. Our clinicians work with a diverse pediatric population across clinic, school, daycare, and community-based settings. Caseloads may include children with developmental language disorders, speech sound disorders, autism, Down Syndrome, AAC needs, and other developmental differences.

What you'll do

• Provide individualized speech and language evaluation and treatment to pediatric clients
• Develop functional, family-centered treatment plans and goals
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals
• Complete clinical documentation and progress monitoring
• Work with children across a variety of diagnoses, ages, and communication needs
• Have opportunities to develop your clinical interests within a flexible pediatric practice

What we're looking for

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or anticipated graduation from an accredited graduate program
• Eligibility for SLP licensure in the U.S. Virgin Islands
• ASHA CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship candidates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• A collaborative, flexible clinician who genuinely enjoys working with children and families
• Willingness to relocate to St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands
