Fintech Growth Intern

Finz is a New York-based fintech building AI-native finance for businesses. We’re looking for a sharp, commercially curious student to help us find, understand, and win customers in the US.

What You’ll Do

  • Research industries, companies, and customer segments to identify where Finz can create the most value
  • Build targeted prospect lists and identify the right decision-makers
  • Use AI and modern research tools to understand companies before outreach
  • Support personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Help run customer discovery and early sales conversations
  • Research potential partners, channels, and new routes to market
  • Track prospects, conversations, follow-ups, and opportunities through the pipeline
  • Analyze outreach results and customer feedback to improve our GTM approach
  • Turn what we learn from the market into insights for product, positioning, and growth

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
  • Strong research, analytical, and written communication skills
  • Commercially curious and interested in how businesses operate and make decisions
  • Comfortable reaching out to people and starting conversations
  • Comfortable using AI for research, analysis, writing, and day-to-day work
  • Organized, resourceful, and able to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Interest in fintech, startups, sales, or company building
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, prospecting platforms, market research, or outbound sales is useful, but not required.

What You’ll Gain
