Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, personalized care to our residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Assist with medication administration, vital signs, and other clinical tasks as needed

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and concerns

Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri

High school diploma or equivalent required

Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Compassionate and caring attitude towards residents
