Culinary Internship

Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry, Nutrition, Hospitality, Food Science Internship

Get serious high-volume experience this summer. Our kitchen feeds about 700 people three times a day, including a wide range of allergy and special diet plates. You'll work alongside our Chefs and Kitchen Manager, who will mentor you and complete your school's externship or internship evaluations. We're happy to become an approved externship site for your program.

Internship · Seasonal · On-site Location: Lakewood, PA 

Dates: June 1 to September 1, 2027

 (longer or shorter stays for programs with specific hour requirements) 

Pay: $4,000 for the season, plus housing, all meals and laundry
