Workflow Consultant Intern

Huntington Analytics builds and runs managed AI agents for small businesses: the follow-ups, the invoices, the paperwork. Before an agent takes over a task, someone has to understand how the work really gets done, and once it does, someone has to help the owner get set up. That’s this role.

As our Workflow Consultant Intern, you’ll:
→ Sit down with local business owners and staff to learn how their week actually works
→ Map their workflows step by step and spot the tasks that eat the most time
→ Recommend which steps an AI agent could handle, and which should stay with a person
→ Keep each new client’s onboarding checklist: what we still need from them, such as photos, logos and the accounts they’ll connect, and follow up until it’s done
→ Take notes in client meetings and turn them into clear next steps
→ Write clear, simple process guides and help test new workflows before they go live
→ Work with our Data & Analytics Intern to measure whether a change really saved time

What we’re looking for:
→ You like talking with people and asking good questions
→ Organized, with clear writing; comfortable with spreadsheets and flowcharts
→ Curious about AI and how businesses run. No coding needed

How we work: our AI agents and our team prepare drafts, and nothing goes to a client or the public without the founder’s approval. Owners connect their own accounts, and interns never hold client passwords. This is a paid, part-time W-2 position.

Good fit for business, management, information systems, operations or communication students. Paid at $15/hour for about 10 hours a week, scheduled around your classes, hybrid in Huntington.
