Chief of Staff Intern

Huntington Analytics builds and runs AI agents for small businesses, with a real person managing them. We’re building a team of Marshall interns, and we need one student to keep it all moving. That’s this role.

As our Chief of Staff Intern, you’ll:
→ Read the drafts our AI agents and interns prepare, check them against our rules, and give the founder one clear decision list each day
→ Run the intern team’s week: schedules, check-ins, onboarding and a short Friday demo
→ Track open items across projects so nothing falls through the cracks
→ Take meeting notes and turn them into next steps with owners and dates
→ Help recruit and onboard new interns

What we’re looking for:
→ Organized and calm, and comfortable telling people what’s next
→ Clear, concise writing
→ Good judgment about what needs the founder and what doesn’t
→ Experience leading a team, club or project is a plus

How we work: our AI agents and our team prepare drafts, and nothing goes to a client or the public without the founder’s approval. Interns never hold client passwords. This is a paid, part-time W-2 position.

Good fit for management, entrepreneurship, communication studies, political science or psychology students. Paid at $18/hour for about 12 hours a week, scheduled around your classes, hybrid in Huntington.
