Agent Operations and QA Intern

Huntington Analytics builds and runs AI agents for small businesses: assistants that sort email, track follow-ups, keep records and watch the systems a business depends on. We promise clients that a real person checks the work every business day. That’s this role.

As our Agent Operations & QA Intern, you’ll:
→ Run a morning check on every client agent, data pipeline and dashboard: did it run, did it produce what it should, is anything stale?
→ Compare dashboard numbers with the source data and flag anything that doesn’t match
→ Test what our agents draft against a checklist before a person approves it
→ Log incidents clearly: what broke, when, who it affects and what was done
→ Write a short weekly report on what worked, what slipped and what to fix

What we’re looking for:
→ Careful and skeptical: you notice when a number looks too clean
→ Comfortable with spreadsheets; some SQL, Python or scripting is a plus
→ Reliable on a schedule: this role covers set mornings each week

How we work: our AI agents and our team prepare drafts, and nothing goes to a client or the public without the founder’s approval. Our agents work only for the business owner, never with the owner’s customers. Interns never hold client passwords. This is a paid, part-time W-2 position.

Good fit for information systems, computer & information technology, data science, statistics or cyber forensics & security students. Paid at $15/hour for about 10 hours a week, scheduled around your classes, hybrid in Huntington or remote within West Virginia.
