Private Equity Intern

A private investment firm investing in technology, industrials and businesses services is seeking up to two interns. The company culture is like a startup and does not fit a typical corporate setting most candidates may seek. If you are not entrepreneurial with a long term view, this may not be an ideal opportunity for you. 

We have an unpaid (course credit potential) internship positions at our firm. This role will be of interest and value to those pursuing careers in multiple industries not limited to private equity, venture capital or investment banking. 

IDEAL CANDIDATE

*Note: this is a Summer 2026 and Fall 2026 Spring internship, no exceptions made, hence only apply if you are committed to the duration

Highly intelligent and accomplished but does NOT carry an ego 

Honest, respectful, transparent, loyal and straight to the point

Strong understanding of financial markets, global economy, and general understanding of the investment business

Above average in working with technology (building websites, integrating data, managing databases, solving general tech related problems, troubleshooting with email domains etc.) 

Strong research experience

Expert in Microsoft Excel (Formulas, macros, charts, formatting etc.)

Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors only

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create Microsoft Office PowerPoint Presentations 

Work with big data on Excel and analyze and synthesize desired outputs 

Do lots of research on target companies and executives as well as supporting portfolio go to market strategies

Be responsive and responsible at all times

Multiple administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, being available to take notes and updating calendars for the team

Investment/Corporate Finance related responsibilities may be given if proven to be a team player at the above administrative tasks

Be honest at all times

Expected to work remotely

Minimum of 30 hours per week during Summer; and up to 15 hours per week in the Fall
