About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to our residents, including activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will also be expected to assist with vital signs, hygiene, and mobility needs. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to effectively communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding

Assist with vital signs, hygiene, and mobility needs

Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing staff

Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Maintain accurate records and reports, including vital signs, treatments, and medication administration

Required Qualifications:

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Missouri

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous experience in a long-term care setting preferred
