About the Role

We are seeking a curious, motivated Business Analyst Intern to support projects across our portfolio companies. This is a generalist role with exposure to strategy, finance, operations, and business development.

You will help answer practical business questions: Where should a company expand? What is driving performance? How can a team improve the way it works? Your projects will depend on business needs and your interests and strengths.

What You’ll Do

• Research markets and competitors. Evaluate industry trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
• Analyze business performance. Review financial and operating data to identify patterns, investigate problems, and suggest improvements.
• Support business planning. Help build financial models, compare options, and assess new initiatives.
• Improve processes. Work with teams to document workflows, identify bottlenecks, and develop practical solutions.
• Communicate findings. Prepare clear presentations, reports, and dashboards that help leaders make decisions.
• Help put ideas into practice. Track project milestones, coordinate follow-ups, and measure results.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or a related field. Students from other disciplines with strong analytical skills are also welcome.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and interpreting data.
• Able to communicate ideas clearly in writing and conversation.
• Organized, reliable, and attentive to detail.
• Willing to ask questions, take initiative, and learn from feedback.
• Interested in entrepreneurship and how businesses operate.
• Prior internship experience is welcome but not required.
