Your Role in Rooms Division
As part of a professional hotel team, you'll gain exposure to key departments, including Front Office and Housekeeping:
- Deliver exceptional guest service at the Front Desk
- Assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Handle guest inquiries and ensure a seamless guest experience
- Support Housekeeping operations and quality control standards
- Coordinate with different departments to enhance guest satisfaction
- Work in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment
Who Should Apply
- Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel Management students or recent graduates (within 24 months)
- Passionate about guest experience and international hospitality
- Professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
