Accounting Intern

Calling all energetic, detail-oriented students: Vectorworks, Inc. seeks an Accounting Intern to join our team for an engaging internship opportunity this summer. The intern will assist the accounting staff in meeting routine and ad-hoc deadlines and assist in compiling and maintaining accounts payable and receivable records. In this role, you should expect to:
- Assist in the handling of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Gain experience working with the company's general ledger
- Conduct periodic reporting and create analysis reports from the findings
- Conduct research on developing projects and areas of interest for the company
- Complete database management and filing tasks

Eligibility requirements for internships:
- Summer interns will work 40 hours per week
- You must be at least 18 years of age, enrolled in an undergraduate program entering your junior or senior year, enrolled in a graduate program, or a recent graduate (no more than 6 months upon graduation)
- This is a paid internship and compensation will be based on applicant's qualifications. We currently do not provide housing, relocation, or transportation reimbursement
- Interns are not eligible for company benefits
