Objective(s): Apply human resources concepts and principles to actual business practices and business needs. Enhance understanding of human resources philosophies and how they benefit an organization. Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills in real-world workplace scenarios. Fulfill programmatic needs directly related to Reclamation mission contribution.
Deliverable(s): A formal presentation of Project findings to key decision-makers; an assessment of the differences between the "current state" between Week 1 and Week 11, outlining business enhancements throughout the duration of the Individual Placement; and recommendations for "future state."
