The Sodexo Internship for Talent Acquisition offers an exciting 100% virtual paid opportunity for currently enrolled undergraduate and graduate college students to turn their leadership potential into valuable professional experience and get a head start on their careers.
The intern selected for this position will lead challenging projects that align to Sodexo's talent acquisition priorities and are designed to provide practical skills-based development in talent acquisition and philosophy. They will experience broad exposure to the recruitment function, one-on-one interaction with leadership and operators.
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented with communication and organizational skills and pursuing a degree in Human Resources or another Business-related field.
This virtual full time 10-week internship will begin June 6 thru August 5.

The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for attracting and hiring great people to Sodexo, the Talent Acquisition team seeks out people that add to Sodexo in values and culture. As a strategic partner to the business, the Talent Acquisition team finds both internal and external talent to foster the growth of our organization.

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Current college student with studies in hospitality/food management, facilities management, engineering, communications, human resources, accounting, marketing or another industry related college program.
