WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
This role is for an internship on our Customer Health Programs Team, which sits within the Customer Success org. The Customer Health Programs Team is responsible for leading cross-company efforts to help Box improve customer retention and maximize long-term customer health. We built a framework to measure the health of each individual customer and our customer base as a whole, but it is currently internal-only and we want a version of this data to share with our customers. It will be the responsibility of this intern to develop a customer-facing version of the health framework, including industry and customer cohort benchmarks so customers have a peer-to-peer comparison of how they’re “doing” with Box.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Rapidly learn about Box as a Cloud Content Management platform and about the SaaS industry
  • Understand the key success metrics Box assesses when it comes to customer retention
  • Engage with Box customers and learn what they care about when evaluating their usage of Box
  • Learn how Box data is formatted and structured
  • Partner closely with our Business Analytics Team to mine health data and figure out how to create industry and customer cohort benchmarks
  • Establish rapport with Customer Success leadership and collaborate with other cross-functional partners (Customer Success Managers, Box Consulting, GTM Enablement, Go-To-Market Operations, Product Marketing, etc.)
  • Learn how to stay organized and efficient while driving consensus amongst competing priorities
  • Practice start-to-finish program management skills
  • Build a proposed framework for an external-facing version of customer health and present to all stakeholders at the end of your internship
 
WHO YOU ARE:
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in any major, planning to graduate between December 2022 - June 2023
  • Excellent communication skills and natural curiosity
  • Strong analytical skills and training (SQL knowledge is a plus)
  • Consistent, measurable achievement in past experiences
  • Passion for cloud technologies 
  • Strong alignment to our Box Values  
Applications will be considered on a rolling basis until the internship positions are filled. The internship will begin on a remote basis, with the possibility of working in our Austin, TX office depending on circumstances with COVID-19.
