Business Development Associate

Mobile Programming is looking for experienced graduates who want to immerse themselves to work for an innovative technology services company in a career that involves aspects of utilizing marketing, sales, business development and customer service skills. Applicants should have experience in industry by way of internship, co-ops or actual work.

The individual will be trained to first understand how Mobile Programming create value for its clients. They will then be familiarized with the company's process of outreach to prospects and seek out new business targets. The candidate will be responsible to engage new targets in several industry verticals such as Healthcare, Fintech, Banking, Insurance, Media, Publishing, Retail, Fashion, Logistics, Transportation etc. to initiate new long-term trusting relationships with our customers. The role is to then oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients actively seeking new sales opportunities with them.

Responsibilities will include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. The candidate will answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams globally to improve the entire customer experience.

Responsibilities
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Forecast and track key account metrics
Prepare reports on account status
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Prior Experience Extremely Helpful

Experience in any sales, service or customer facing relevant roles would be greatly beneficial
Work with clients in a consultative capacity
Demonstrable ability to effectively communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

Requirements

Excellent listening and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
BA/BS degree in Technology, Marketing, Sales or Business Administration
The ideal self motivated candidate will be be rewarded with a salary + bonus compensation package after initial training.

Onsite / Remote - The position is an onsite opportunity for candidates who are in the NYC or vicinity + Boston and vicinity + Washington DC and vicinity. Upon completion of training, goal is to be 50% office.
