Patient Services Representative 1 at Annex Teen Clinic

JOB SUMMARY
Patient Services Representatives are the first and last point of contact for each patient that comes to the Annex. As a PSR, you are one of the many faces of Annex Teen Clinic, and serve as a community partner focused in STI risk/reduction services, and sexuality education. Must be passionate about sexual healthcare.

PSR’s work onsite at Annex Teen Clinic. We strongly advise employees to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Employees not fully vaccinated by December 31, 2021 must show proof upon hire of receiving the first dose of the Pfizer or Moderna shot and the scheduled date in which they will receive the second dose. Weekly COVID testing will apply until the second dose is completed. For employees who elect not to get the vaccine, regular COVID testing will apply.
All visitors and staff are required to wear masks. Other protocols currently include regular sanitizing of common surfaces, phone-screening prior to appointments, and restricted entrance to the building.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Check patients in and out.
  • Conduct patient experience surveys.
  • Schedule appointments and answer phones.

REQUIRED QUALIFICAITONS:
Education and Experience:
  • Background or education in STI testing and risk reduction preferred.
  • Experience in a clinic setting preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Bilingual preferred.
