2023 Summer Intern - Marketing Customer Experience

As a Marketing Intern in Customer Experience, you will build a deep understanding of our end users, business goals, competition, and our offerings and conduct analyses in a fast paced environment. You must be able to uncover and generate actionable insights that inform designers and product owners. You inspire change and act an advocate for the end user and can present to and influence our partners. Ultimately, you will help to inform and inspire our teams with a true understanding of our key customers, ensuring we can develop experiences that are natural, useful, and delightful.
Responsibilities
  • Bring visibility to end-user needs and goals through creative design of data collection and analysis methods, coupled with socialization techniques that engage stakeholders in empathy building and drive the uptake and application of user research findings.
  • Help design and align experience activities with the product roadmap, and for consumer and financial professional insights to inform the discovery, design, and evaluation of next experiences
  • Communicate and share your work at all times with concise and visual artifacts that make research digestible.
  • Help influence the design of customer experience solutions for end clients, Equitable Advisors and Third Party Financial brokers.

 
 
 
 

Qualifications

  • Able to glean insights from research observations and turn those insights into actionable design concepts
  • Able to navigate cross functional teams to plan and execute projects in a collaborative nature
  • A continuous learner who is open to feedback and adapts quickly and positively to change
  • Confident to question customer experiences & processes to make improvements
  • A strong collaborator that effectively gets things done, building and nurturing strong relationships
  • Exceptional at problem-solving, issue resolution and time management
  • Experienced in persona development, journey and experience mapping, preferred
