Campus Graduate 2023 Travel & Lifestyles Services Summer Internship

For an internship in TLS, we are seeking an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for leadership. You will be encouraged to bring a well-rounded mix of critical thinking, tactical execution, and creativity to the role. 

The specific job responsibilities would depend on the team you are selected for in the summer internship role. This individual will be responsible for a broad range of activities including strategic, analytic and communications initiatives to help ensure the objectives of the global team are met. 
Broadly the role could entail some of the below listed responsibilities: 

  • Is able to explain quantitative/qualitative analyses using internal and external research on a high priority TLS topic 
  • Develop business proposals for new product features and capabilities 
  • Clearly communicate and articulate the rationale for project objectives, rooted in customer insights to multiple stakeholders and senior management 
  • Collaborate extensively with key cross functional partners, including Data Analytics, Design Engineering, Strategic Partnerships, Global Servicing, Marketing, Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and more. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

TLS is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where team members use individual and team performance goals, metrics, and reporting to drive business results. It is imperative that this individual is a strong relationship builder and works well with others 

You should possess: 
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive successful results through influence and collaboration 
  • Adaptable to fast-paced work environment with multiple priorities under tight deadlines 
  • Strong strategic thinker who possesses the confidence and growth mindset to understand multiple viewpoints and serve our Card Members, partners, and the business 
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills – must have the capability to compile, analyze, research, and link complex issues 
  • Outstanding communicator, with the ability to influence and drive decisions with external partners and across the Blue Box 
  • Self-starter who looks for creative solutions with the capacity to function in a fast-paced environment and prioritize initiatives 
  • Curiosity and passion for learning in an intricate role while mastering new systems 
  • Passion for improving end-to-end customer experience, innovation and customer first thinking 
  • Strong project management skills and discipline to deliver 
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel 
  • Currently enrolled in full-time master’s degree program 
  • Students must have a graduation date between December 2023 and June 2024
