Internships are onsite at our Store Support Center in Ankeny, Iowa, where you'll volunteer within our community, attend social outings, hear from our senior leadership team, and make some pizzas, of course!
As a Field Talent Acquisition Intern, you will partner with all members of the Field Talent Acquisition team and gain exposure to nearly every facet of recruitment! You'll also get to work alongside the Operations team in assisting with hard-to-fill field positions, application & resume review, conduct phone screens, and continue to develop a strong recruitment strategy for our Stores. Other responsibilities may include researching and participating in outreach opportunities, conducting weekly New Employee Orientation, and performing market research.. You will also have the opportunity to post on social media and our Casey's Careers Instagram Page, as well as our LinkedIn Career Page.
Qualifications:
- Currently working on completion of Bachelor's degree in related field (Human Resources, Business Management, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn new systems.
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
