ESG and Sustainability Investment - Remote

Springer Capital is engaged in Capital Advisory for APAC Private Equity and Asset management to make financial investments into Real Estate and other Sectors in the US markets.

Springer is seeking an ESG and Sustainability Investment intern to join the company. The internship can be onsite in Shanghai or conducted remotely. The start date of the internship is flexible. The internship is unpaid.

What you will learn:
The entire process of researching, selecting service providers and cost analysis of installing solar power and heat pump solutions on single family homes. 
 
What you will do:
●      Research solar energy and heat pump cost solutions for single family homes.
●      Provide cost benefit analysis on installing various solutions.
●      Find service providers and review proposals of solar energy and heat pump installations
●      Research tax and government subsidies related to solar and heat pump installations
●      Research other energy related solutions for potential implementation.
 
Qualifications:
●      Strong experience with excel and data manipulation in addition to Office business software
●      Ability to solve problems independently after you have been given training
●      Excellent communication and presentation skills, proactive work style
●      Strong passion for ESG related industries.
 
Technical and Legal Information
The internship enrollment period is flexible. The expected hours are 20 per week for ~3 months. Upon completion, you will receive an internship confirmation letter, or you can apply to your school for internship credit.
