Digital Transformation Business Analyst Intern-Summer 2023
Job Description:
- In this role, you will report to DT Services Tower 1 Portfolio Manager. Under the Portfolio Manager leadership and guidance, assist Business and DT team to prepare end to end processes documentation from Service offering enablement to Sales, Yearly target to execution and measure revenue for each go-to-market channel within Tower 1 portfolio. Candidate will also work closely with Digital transformation team and pioneer Business analyst role.
- Interview business users and prepare end to end Service portfolio documentation
- Work as liaison between end business users and development team to understand new or change business requirements to draft BRD and preparation of Jira Stories.
- Guiding the technical team about business processes.
- Write functional Specifications, design testing strategies, and define acceptance criteria.
- Actively participate in UAT and prepare status report for business stakeholders.
Eligibility:

- Currently obtaining a Bachelors degree in the Business, Computer Science or IT related field
- Recent college graduates with no experience or graduates with some experience may apply.
- Computer knowledge and familiarity with the use of word processing, spreadsheet, and basic database applications preferred.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Previous work experience in IT field is a plus.
