Process Consultant Associate – Summer Intern
 
What are your responsibilities?
This position will work closely with Customer Service leadership to assess and identify agent trends and opportunities to improve the overall customer experience. The candidate will assist in analyzing and documenting call trends and behaviors that will create a more personalized servicing experience for customers and members. This candidate will also help identify customer service inquiries that can be handled/serviced via an automated or self-service solutions (digital). The candidate will learn the fundamental principles of managing a health care call center by shadowing managers and call center support staff.
–       Perform special projects as required or requested
–       Create a final internship presentation to share with department leadership covering the internship experience, including results along with any solutions or recommendations that can be leveraged by Customer Service in the future.
 
What you need to be successful?
-        PC skills, especially Microsoft Teams (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
-        Volunteerism or leadership experience is a plus
-        Interest in health insurance industry or prior experience in Customer Service
-        Strong analytical skills and empathy intelligence
-        Demonstrated interpersonal skills-verbal and written communication
 
What Are the Requirements You Must Meet?
-        Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Business, Liberal Arts, Supply Chain Operations
-        Graduation date between December 2023 – June 2024
-        A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
-        Availability to work 10 weeks during the summer
-        Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
