Clinical Supervisor- Milford Outpatient Center
 
Our program is growing with the addition of telehealth services, co-occurring disorder treatment and rapid access to services. We are seeking a full-time, independently licensed clinical supervisor to join our leadership team to support this growth. In addition to seeing clients, our clinical supervisors provide supervision to other clinicians and assist with the handling of urgent situations as they arise. The supervisors are also part of our leadership team ensuring the quality of work (clinical and documentation), the meeting of productivity targets, and the successful execution of new initiatives. Based on the Center needs, clinical supervisors may have up to 25% of their time dedicated to supervisory and administrative responsibilities with the remaining time for client treatment. Clinical supervisors are eligible to receive additional compensation under a productivity bonus plan for client hours billed.

Salary: $60,000/yr
 
Schedule: Hybrid; particularly supervisors and managers are asked to work primarily in the office with 1 or 2 days remote, depending on the needs of the program.

Required Skills
  • Experience working with co-occurring disorders preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Moderate to advanced computer fluency, including Microsoft Office.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and integrate technology into the work environment, including providing therapy via video conferencing. Experience providing services using video-conferencing platforms preferred.
Required Experience
  • Master’s degree in a clinical mental health discipline.
  • Independent licensure required. LICSW preferred.
  • Minimum of four years of clinical experience (or three years post-LMHC) with children, adolescents and/or adults with significant emotional and behavioral challenges.
  • Experience providing clinical supervision required.
