Corporate Communications Virtual Internship

Robert Half is currently seeking a Communications Intern to support our team, which thrives on developing and delivering important stories about our company and the workplace and finding innovative ways to make sure those stories are seen by our more than 16,000 employees and by businesses and job seekers. 

Highlights:
  • Get hands-on experience creating compelling business content and helping achieve project and business goals.
  • Dive into the inner workings of a Corporate Communications department, making meaningful contributions as you learn.
  • Write and proofread written content such as articles, blog posts, memos, social media posts and presentations, which will be seen by thousands of Robert Half employees and customers. 
  • Work with the Content Strategy team to assist in the creation and distribution of thought leadership pieces and company information through a variety of channels, including social media.
  • Collaborate with seasoned colleagues and with departments throughout the company.
  • Learn technical and soft skills that will help you prepare for the next stage of your career.

What You Need:
  • Be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate degree program related to journalism, communications, English or business, with a preferred graduation year of 2024 or 2025.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal and external business partners.
  • Experience with social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook).
  • Knowledge of guidelines from The Associated Press Stylebook.
  • Ability to analyze data to identify trends and topics for content.
  • Experience with MS Office applications (or equivalent, such as Google Docs/Sheets).
  • Self-motivated, good organizational skills, detail-oriented and ability to prioritize under deadlines.
  • Ability to work full 40-hour weeks virtually from June 19 – July 28, 2023 (internship dates cannot be altered).

The typical pay rate for this position is $23.00/hour.
