Install Supervisor

Install Supervisor

Hours: 8:30am – 5pm

Description:
  • Supervise a team of 4 installers for production goals and ensure quality service.
  • Provide remote installation and training to new merchant accounts in the use of credit card terminals, eCommerce gateway or POS Systems.
  • Analyze and resolve technical problems and issues associated with new installation of products or services.
  • Resolution of merchant and client requests in a timely matter and respond to inquiries or requests via phone and e-mail.
  • Pre-Sales support of EMS products and services with internal clients, sales, and vendor partners.
  • Utilization of several different software and web-based systems
  • Download processing software and deployment of credit card terminals.
  • Organize and package marketing collateral and stickers to be shipped with the equipment.
  • Participate in ongoing product and service training and effectively cross-train team members.
  • Complete monthly recap reports for upper management reflecting team production.
  • In-depth knowledge of products and services that EMS offers to customers.
  • Conduct phone and in-person 1 st round interviews for new hires for the Installation Team.
  • Attend meetings regarding products and services that EMS offers or are looking at offering to customers.
  • Open communication with remote sales office to ensure quality service between sales and operations.
  • Report errors or bugs found while installing new accounts.
  • Other duties as assigned
