Job Summary
As an IT Salesforce Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain understanding of the insurance industry, the business sales process, Salesforce CRM customization and development, and delivery of Salesforce to end users. The program will help you get trained and prepare for official Salesforce Administration certification.

Responsibilities
Please note that the duties below can vary based on the workflow of your local office.
- Learn about the Insurance domain and the corresponding sales processes. The program will provide you with an understanding of the business-to-business sales process
- Customize Salesforce CRM fields, page layouts, record types, searching, list views, queues, workflow rules, validation rules, formula fields, reports, and dashboards.
- Assist IT Business Systems Analyst in developing and maintaining documentation on processes, application configuration, and help related materials.
- Exposure to how we build and deploy applications using Azure DevOps
- Work towards getting an official Salesforce Admin certification
- Support the development and delivery of training material and enablement resources
- Plan, organize, and prioritize own daily work routine to meet established schedule
- Assists with additional project and initiatives as needed and assigned by the Manager.
- Travel is expected to be negligible in this role.
Qualifications
- Working towards a degree (Associate, Bachelor or technical certification) & currently enrolled and in good academic standing. Preferred majors include: Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration
