TSMC Arizona is looking for a Process Integration intern to join our 5-nanometer fab, located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. TSMC Arizona’s Process Integration Department is responsible for Yield, Reliability and Performance of chips manufacturing in our Fab
Job Description:
Your main responsibilities include:
  • You will analyze Inline and EOL data analysis to determine causes for issues
  • You will need to learn several manufacturing systems to collect inline process data and end of line electrical and functional results.
  •  You will need to collaborate with Integration, YED, and Process/Equipment engineers depending on the task complete your training and to review analysis results and coordinate improvement activity.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and have:
  • Must be currently enrolled at an accredited university, in [one of] the following degree programs: Bachelors/Masters/PhD, EE, MSE, ChemE, Physics with a concentration in semiconductors device or process.
  • Must be able to work full-time (40 hours per week) on-site at our Phoenix location, from May 22nd, 2023 – August 4th, 2023.
  • The candidate is expected to utilize their engineer education, curiosity, and thinking to learn several new data extraction and analysis systems, basic N5 process flow and use this knowledge to collect and analyze inline and end of line data to solve issues or support improvement projects on the N5 fab line.
  • The candidate will be expected to be a self-motivated learner, good at proactive collaboration, and should get the opportunity to work in a team presenting and discussion their work and ideas.
