TSMC Arizona is looking for an EUV Lithography Process Engineer intern to join our 5-nanometer fab, located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. TSMC Arizona’s EUV Lithography Department is responsible for performance improvement, availability enrichment and throughput optimization of EUV lithography tool. So that the High-Volume Manufacturing at the leading-edge technology is ensured smoothly.
 
Job Description:
Your main responsibilities include:
  • Maintain the lithography process performance for quality production
  • Monitor inline KPIs on CD, Overlay, ROPI and NCE, which are key parameters to ensure process quality.
  • Analysis and troubleshoot on process issues, find out root cause and reduce rework rate.
  • Sustain ownership of day-to-day operations
  • Collaborate with other process teams for process improvements.
Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and have:
  • Bachelor, Master or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physis or related fields.
  • Must be able to work full-time (40 hours per week) on-site at our Phoenix location, from May 22nd, 2023 – August 4th, 2023.
  • Academic skills of numerical analysis, statistics, optics, chemistry, or physics.
  • Basic understanding of semiconductor process and design will be a strong add.
  • Fundamental coding skills for data analysis
  • Flexibility to change priorities and responsibilities to support business needs
  • Hands-on participant with a strong sense of ownership
  • Willing to work in a clean room environment
  • Polished presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skill in a multi-culture environment
  • Quick assimilation to new technology
