Director of Stabilization Services- Milford
 
Riverside is seeking a passionate director to join our team in Milford! This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team of dedicated behavioral health professionals!
 
Responsibilities include assisting with the oversight and management of all aspects of the Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS)and Respite Programs. Duties include assisting with oversight of payroll, staff scheduling, physical plant, quality client care, clinical programming and direction, interviewing and hiring, nursing, documentation, supervision and progressive discipline, staff census management, relationships with contracted entities and collaterals, close collaboration with Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI), providing Administrative On Call (AOC) support to the CCS, Respite, and MCI on a rotation with other MCI managers. The Director of Stabilization Service’s primary duties are to manage the CCS/Respite program census, submit monthly reporting to stakeholders, act as the primary liaison to funders, oversee licensing and regulations, develop policies and procedures, marketing and developing relationships with community collaterals and referral sources, oversight of the clinical direction, budgeting, and programming, conduct clinical training of staff, and oversight of CCS/Respite case management.
 
Schedule: Full Time - 40 hours per week
 
Pay Rate: $92,500/ year

Required Skills
  • Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle are required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Basic computer fluency (including Microsoft Office) required.
Required Experience
 
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field required.
  • Independent licensure required.
  • 2 years’ previous supervisory experience required, 1 year previous management supervisory experience within a behavioral health setting required.
  • Previous experience/knowledge in adult mental health settings required, experience of an acute setting (e.g. inpatient, Community Crisis Stabilization, detox etc) preferred.
