Inventory Intern, Once Upon A Farm - Paid - Fully Remote

The Task At Hand: This position will support the Inventory Manager and the Inventory Control Team in executing any and all aspects of day-to-day operations as assigned.
 
In This Role, You Will:
•        Work closely with operations and cross-functional teams to ensure that inventory transactions flow through Sage X3 ERP System
•        Input product movements between warehouses and resolve bill of lading and proof of delivery discrepancies
•        Analyze and resolve inventory movement issues Resolve customer delivery inventory discrepancies
•        Book transfers between co-manufacturers and 3PLs
•        Mirror our business partner’s transaction adjustments in Sage
•        Ad hoc analyses and projects, as needed
 
Must Haves:
•        Prior professional experience or focus of study with food, manufacturing, and e-commerce industries preferred
•        Solid understanding of inventory and accounting concepts
•        Prefer majors: Business Research and Analysis, Management of Information Systems, International Business, Principles of Supply Chain, Procurement and Supplier Relations, Transportation and Distribution Management, Supply Chain Risk and Compliance, Inventory Management, or other related fields of study.
•        Strong analytical skills
•        Experience with an ERP System; Sage X3 preferred
•        Solid knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Excel, Slack, and other professional platforms
•        Up to 10% travel required: Although this role is a remote work-from-home position, we “Farmers” do meet as a company and/or as a department a few times a year. Anticipate possible travel up to a few times each quarter
•        Genuinely passionate about improving childhood nutrition for a healthier and happier planet
•        Desire to contribute to a dynamic high-growth, purpose-driven work environment
•        Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity, deeply understand business needs, develop a cohesive strategy and make decisions requiring a high level of judgment
 
Compensation:
•        $22.00 per hour
•        Six-month internship, up to but no more than 30 hours per week
•        Internship will run from mid-May to the end of October, with the opportunity to extend into Fall based on candidate performance and business need (subject to change)
