Unit Coordinator/ Generalist- Crossroads Clubhouse

Crossroads Clubhouse 
 
We are looking for energetic, passionate, confident, and skilled workers that are looking for an environment that makes a difference and is different every day. Clubhouses are unique programs where staff and members partner in the running of the day-to-day operations that can be related to employment, education, housing, health and wellness, life skills, advocacy, socials, and outreach. The ideal candidate has transferable skills and has a passion to teach, organize, and plan in areas that may include food services, gardening, event planning, fundraising, networking, accounting and administrative office work, media/video making, etc.  
 
Schedule: Full Time Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
 
Pay Rate: $19.95/hour

Required Skills
  • Drivers' license and reliable car to be used to transport members during the day required.
Required Experience
  • BA/BS and/or relevant experience preferred
  • Clubhouse experience, community based programs, or Recovery Learning Community a plus
