Clubhouse Assistant Program Director
We are searching for an Assistant Program Director interested in serving in a supervisory position within a Clubhouse model program!
In this vital role, the Assistant Program Director will:
- be responsible for day-to-day oversight of program activities and functions
- manage the programmatic and administrative aspects of the Clubhouse in a manner consistent with program philosophy
- engage members in unit work
- conduct intakes and orientation for new clubhouse members
- complete enrollment paperwork for new members
- provide individual supervision to staff as delegated by Program Director
- be part of evening/weekend social program

Required Skills
- BA/BS and/or relevant experience preferred but not required
- Must have strong computer skills
- Clubhouse experience and supervisory/management experience preferred
- Strong consideration will be given to an applicant with prior Clubhouse Model experience
- Drivers' license required
