Clubhouse Assistant Program Director
 
We are searching for an Assistant Program Director interested in serving in a supervisory position within a Clubhouse model program!
 
In this vital role, the Assistant Program Director will:
  • be responsible for day-to-day oversight of program activities and functions
  • manage the programmatic and administrative aspects of the Clubhouse in a manner consistent with program philosophy
  • engage members in unit work
  • conduct intakes and orientation for new clubhouse members
  • complete enrollment paperwork for new members
  • provide individual supervision to staff as delegated by Program Director
  • be part of evening/weekend social program

Required Skills
  • BA/BS and/or relevant experience preferred but not required
  • Must have strong computer skills
  • Clubhouse experience and supervisory/management experience preferred
  • Strong consideration will be given to an applicant with prior Clubhouse Model experience
  • Drivers' license required
