Jr. Project Management Intern
This position is for individuals working towards a Bachelor, Master, or PhDs. Majors encouraged to apply are Public Health, STEM degrees, Management, Communications, Marketing, Business, or individuals interested in developing their talent management, team building, team-leading, and marketing skillsets.
This Intern will join our team and assist with various project management tasks. As a Junior Project Management, you will work closely with our team leads and founders to ensure the successful delivery of projects and developments for clients. You will be responsible for supporting project planning, tracking project progress, and communicating between different leads and teams in the company.
Duties:
- Assist project managers with project planning, including creating project plans, timelines, and schedules
- Track project progress and utilize tools like Microsoft and Google Suite to relay information effectively
- Communicate with different team members across the marketing, sales, and executive team
- Occasionally join calls with clients
- Participate in project meetings and take notes as needed
- Assist and lead in the development of project documentation such as project briefs, status reports, and presentations for clients
Qualifications/ Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and be comfortable within the remote setting
- Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in clearly communicating strategy, either verbally or in written form
- Passion for collaboration and a propensity for action
- An entrepreneurial attitude
Note:
- This internship will be unpaid
- Professional development and networking with industry collaborators will be done as well to help with post-internship opportunities
- The internship duration will be 8 months long and ~5 – 10 hours a week (part-time)
- The internship can be extended if success internship is obtained
