GBU Consulting - Health Science Technical Cloud Analyst

Entry-level consulting position for those who are new to professional services and are developing their expertise. Receives detailed instruction on routine work and on new projects or assignments.

As a member of a project team, follows standard practices and procedures to analyze situations/data and provide quality work products to deliver functional and technical solutions on applications and technology installations. Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying relevant Oracle methodologies and practices with limited autonomy. Implements Oracle products and technology in various industries to meet customer specifications.

0 to 2 years of experience relevant to a functional or technical role. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Demonstrates basic competence in one product or technology area. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Description:
As a Technical Cloud Analyst, you will work as a member of the GBU consulting team to solve business problems for prospective clients; uncovering and understanding client goals/challenges and aligning Oracle’s GBU cloud portfolio to enable optimal solutions.
You will become an expert in our cloud implementation methodology known as TCM(True Cloud Method), and become skilled in some Platform as a Service (PaaS) services, tools and technology that support data conversion, data integration and report-building. You will support your Tech Leads in their day-to-day activities to deliver solutions to our customers
To get you ready for this role, you will complete a multi-week Onboarding Program focused on honing your consulting skills, deepening product and technical knowledge, and supporting your mastery of software implementation skills. Upon completion of the program, you will be staffed in a billable or shadow assignment on a customer engagement, where you will continue to develop your expertise in a day-to-day client-facing role.
The Analyst role is both a challenging and rewarding role that will test your interpersonal skills, ability to quickly master business process knowledge, strategic thinking capabilities, and follow-through on the delivery of a solution.
You will be provided the tools, training, coaching, and resources to help you be successful. You will be a member of the GBU consulting team acting as a central hub for delivery on key projects.  You will gain valuable experience with major clients, business processes and be on the forefront of cutting edge technology and deployments.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)

California Pay Range: from $25.43 to $53.85 per hour; from $52,900 to $112,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $25.43 to $48.46 per hour; from $52,900 to $100,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $25.43 to $51.15 per hour; from $52,900 to $106,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Washington Pay Range: from $28.03 to $51.15 per hour; from $58,300 to $106,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
