Montana Campus Compact (MTCC) is a CEO-led coalition of colleges and universities which drives civic engagement, service-learning, and volunteerism across our state. Our mission to improve community life and educate students for civic and social responsibility is critically important. Our world requires thoughtful, compassionate, knowledgeable, and engaged leaders. We need a workforce that understands the important role of the individuals in a community. Higher education is an excellent place to teach and learn civic engagement. Our office oversees two National Service Programs including an AmeriCorps program and a VISTA program. Montana Campus Compact prides itself on a community-oriented philosophy that is the foundation of all of its programs and initiatives. We believe that everything we do should cultivate strong individuals and make positive impacts in the larger world. Administratively, MTCC is coordinated from a network office hosted by the University of Montana in Missoula. The network itself comprises thousands of dedicated students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community partners serving on or near college campuses throughout the state. An essential mission of MTCC is to use the principles of anti-racism to serve as an ally to historically marginalized communities and empower them to attain post-secondary education. Members of the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities are strongly encouraged to apply.

Montana Campus Compact is seeking applicants who are passionate about alleviating poverty and enriching communities through the transformative power of education.
