Summer Professional Services Intern
The Professional Services, Incode Court Intern will assist in the day-to-day activities for an implementation team within a high-tech software company for less than 30 hours a week. Duties may range from first contact phone calls and scheduling meetings to updating projects and providing assistance with spreadsheets and presentations.
Responsibilities
- Assist staff with reviewing quality of implementations and ease into transitional services
- Assist in developing time efficiency processes and tools
- Assist with clean-up of backlog information
Qualifications
- Four-Year College Degree or in progress
- Software life-cycle knowledge is a plus.
- Knowledge or work experience in the domains that Incode serves is highly preferred; municipal financial management, utility billing, Incode Tax and/or municipal courts.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Superior analytical skills and logical reasoning.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Ability to work effectively with developers, network technicians, clients and 3rd Party Vendors.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of online merchant accounts and online processing portals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of standards for Windows-based software.
- Basic knowledge for creation of SQL server data / table structures
