Real Estate Internship (Summer 2023)

The Role:
We are looking for a Real Estate Intern (Summer 2023) to join our Stamford, CT team. As a Real Estate Intern, you will work in collaboration with the Head of Real Estate. This role is to support the PM IDD Real Estate team with database entry, production of summary reports and notetaking.

Responsibilities:
  • Attention to detail: Complete tasks efficiently while demonstrating a thorough concern for the detail. This includes checking work or information for accuracy relative to source documents.
  • Timeliness: Meet deadlines imposed by management and clients. If circumstances hinder the ability to meet a deadline, analyst is responsible for effectively communicating with management and clients the reasons for delay and timing expectations.
  • Weekly calls: Participation on internal group calls (weekly Private Markets calls and monthly Portfolio Group call) to transfer knowledge of Private Markets within the group.
  • Other projects: Any other ad hoc projects as requested by Head of Private Markets or Daily line manager.
  • Represent Albourne well: Act as an ambassador for Albourne at industry.
  • Compliance: Report potential conflicts to compliance and work with compliance to ensure that conflict disclosures appear on written research reports.

What we’re looking for:
  • Undergraduate or enrolled in undergraduate program.
  • Must be detail oriented and have excellent communication skills (verbal and writing).
  • Must have proficient skills in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proactive self-starter, proficient time management and multi-tasking.
  • Comply with terms of Albourne Compliance Manual and other Albourne Policies and Procedures.
