Accounting Internship l Indianapolis, IN

Messer is seeking an Accounting Intern student to join the team in our Indianapolis, IN regional office. 

What You Will Do:
:
• Review and process AP invoices and monthly subcontractor pay requests
• Prepare monthly owner billings
• Reconcile, audit and forecast for internal monthly cost reports
• Resolve various accounting and contract insurance issues
• Maintain and monitor job files and document control
• Maintain spreadsheets and records
• Review and audit reconciliations
• Prepare various accounting reports
• Audit monthly state use tax returns
• Prepare and update monthly regional revenue and income reports
• Enter and post daily cash receipts
What You Will Bring:
Currently attending bachelor degree program for accounting, finance, or related major.
Must be local to the Indianapolis area; this is an in-person internship.
