2023 Finance Summer Internship

As an intern at CSL, you will gain hands-on experience that gives you an opportunity to work 
alongside industry professionals in a collaborative, global and dynamic environment. During your 
three-month internship experience at CSL, you will be immersed in meaningful projects that contribute to CSL’s promise to save lives and protect the health of people around the world.

The Finance Internship provides financial support to assigned areas of the business to assist with financial decision making and business cases.

As a Finance Intern at CSL you will have opportunities to do the following:
  • Integrate disparate sources of information to generate reporting and analysis for information-based decision making.
  • Interact and learn from the HR Leadership Team.
  • Provide support in maintaining and improving processes and controls associated with Human Resources and Finance.
  • Work with Business Partners in HR and Finance to develop operating expense forecasts and help to drive awareness and cost optimization for the assigned areas.
  • Assist in developing and documenting policies and procedures, including requirements and internal controls.

Qualifications
  • Pursuing a degree in the field of Accounting or Finance discipline
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Able to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, is a self-starter, and keen on knowing when to work independently and collaboratively
  • The role is based in King of Prussia, PA with a hybrid office/home office approach
