Intern Assistant- Office of Sven Patzer

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant Intern for our CEO, Sven Patzer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of digital media, particularly in the area of business journalism.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling, email management, travel arrangements, and meeting preparations
  • Assist with the preparation of internal and external corporate documents
  • Compile and analyze data for various executive-level reports
  • Participate in team meetings and take minutes
  • Assist in organizing company events
  • Liaise with various internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Complete special projects and assignments as requested by the CEO
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Interest in business journalism and digital media
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn
