Executive Assistant Internship

Job Description:
We are now welcoming applications for an Entry-Level Executive Assistant Internship to support our CEO, Sven Patzer. This is an invaluable opportunity for those interested in gaining introductory experience in the fast-paced realm of digital media, with a specific emphasis on business journalism.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in administrative duties for the CEO, including schedule management, email organization, and meeting preparations
  • Help with the creation of internal and external corporate documents
  • Aid in gathering and analyzing data for various reports
  • Attend team meetings and assist in taking minutes
  • Support in organizing company events
  • Collaborate with various internal departments and communicate with external stakeholders
  • Complete special projects and assignments as directed by the CEO

Requirements:
  • Current enrollment in an Associate's or Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Communications, Journalism, or a similar field
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Interest in business journalism and digital media
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Eager to learn and proactive in taking on new tasks
