AS AN INNOVATION AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP CO-OP, YOU WILL:
- Build businesses that deliver value to Copeland customers by solving their burning problems
- Do Business Development & Strategy work to discover needs of customers and align them with innovative technology and robust business models
- Build a deep understanding of the project: stakeholders, technology, and environment
- Design & run tests to evaluate the strength of a business opportunity
- Build research plans & conduct interviews with customers
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, technicians, subject matter experts and business leaders

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Design, Entrepreneurship, Sustainability, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
- Ability to work potentially 40 hours per week during the scheduled semester
- Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship for this role will not be provided
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Design, Entrepreneurship, Sustainability, Social Sciences, or Business Administration
- Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
- Sophomore or higher class status
- Experience doing business development work
- Experience working & brainstorming in interdisciplinary teams
- Confidence in managing and building your own To-do list from complex project requirements
- Confidence in writing and communicating – high attention to detail
- Comfort in both leadership and followership roles
- Enjoys learning fast and has fun exploring BIG questions
- Reliable transportation
